Registration Information and Password Security

Royalsigpro’s shall provide you with access to the Service and Site, and if you are a Producer, you shall pay the commission fees listed on the Producer\'s registration page on the Site out of the sale of your compositions sold through the website. By completing the registration process for the Site you are permitted to establish one account and to access through your account by means of an Internet connection (which royalsigpro.com does not provide). Unless you qualify, at royalsigpro\'s sole and absolute discretion, in the Advertising Revenue Share Program (described below), you acknowledge and agree that you shall receive no compensation or acknowledgement in connection with your use of the Site and Service unless your product sales, and that the signup to the website only offers an opportunity to prosper off exchange of musical product with your participation hereunder. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify royalsigpro.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security with respect to your account. Royalsigpro.com will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account, either with or without your knowledge. In addition, you may be held liable for any losses incurred by royalsigpro.com or another party due to someone else using your account. You may not use anyone else\'s account at any time.

User profiles

Our Site and Service may allow users to make some of their personal information (including, but not limited to, name, company affiliation and job title) available to other visitors as part of their profile or other listing for that Service. Eligibility

Any dispute relating to this Participation Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New York, New York, U.S.A., and the parties agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

    No Third Party Beneficiaries. You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, there shall be no third party beneficiaries to this Participation Agreement.

    Waiver and Severability of Terms. The failure of royalsigpro to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties\' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

    Statute of Limitations. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
